Quick answers
My payment failed but I see a pending charge.
When a payment doesn't go through, the order isn't charged. A pending amount on your statement is a temporary hold from your bank and drops off on its own, usually within a few days.
When will I get my refund?
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Stripe typically processes them within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. See our Returns Policy.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), processed securely by Stripe. We never store your card details.
