Yes. Customers can shop at our Waipahu gym, our R1P FITNESS kiosk inside the NEX Mall at Pearl Harbor, and our location inside the Schofield Barracks PX mall. Use the Locations & Hours link on this page for addresses, hours and access details.
No military ID is required to shop at our R1P FITNESS kiosk inside the NEX Mall. This applies specifically to our kiosk. It does not describe Schofield access or shopping eligibility at other NEX businesses. Our NEX hours are Monday–Saturday, 11 a.m.–6 p.m., and Sunday, 11 a.m.–4 p.m. All times are Hawaii time.
Schofield is on a military installation. Visitors without authorized base access need valid REAL ID-compliant identification and an approved visitor pass. Use the official U.S. Army visitor guidance linked on this page before traveling. Our Schofield PX location is open Monday–Saturday, 10 a.m.–6 p.m., and closed Sunday. The NEX no-military-ID statement does not apply at Schofield.
Customers can shop throughout gym operating hours: Monday–Friday, 5 a.m.–9 p.m.; Saturday, 7 a.m.–4 p.m.; Sunday, 7 a.m.–2 p.m. All times are Hawaii time. The gym is at 94-111 Leokane Street, Unit 150A, Waipahu, HI 96797.
A drop is a limited product release. R1P releases designs in separate drops, so the full range is not available all at once. Check the relevant release and product pages for confirmed timing, sizes and current availability. Follow our announcements for future drops.

Restocks vary by product, and not every sold-out item will return. Each product page shows current availability. If a back-in-stock form is available, use it to receive an update if inventory returns.
Available sizes vary by product. Use the size selector for current options. Fit also varies: oversized, cropped and fitted styles have different proportions. Check the fit description and whether the size chart lists body or garment measurements. If you need help choosing, email admin@r1pfitness.com with the product name, your usual size and your preferred fit.
We ship Monday to Friday, except USPS holidays. Orders placed before 2:00 PM Hawaii time on a ship day go out the next ship day. Orders placed after the cutoff, or on a day we don't ship, take one ship day longer. Once your order ships, standard delivery takes 2–4 business days within Hawaii, 10–15 business days to the mainland US (ships by boat from Hawaii), 10–20 business days to Alaska and US territories (ships by boat from Hawaii), 15–30 business days to APO/FPO/DPO addresses (APO/FPO/DPO mail takes longer) and 8–20 business days to other countries (duties and import taxes are paid on delivery). You can also pick up free at R1pFitness Gym in Waipahu, usually ready within 1 business day.
Checkout accepts shipping addresses in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Japan. International Shipping is $25 per order. It isn't waived by order size or by free-shipping codes, which are for US orders. Import duties, taxes and customs fees are set by your country and collected by the carrier or customs on delivery. They aren't included in our prices. See our Shipping Policy for delivery times and details.
We process orders quickly. Call +1 (808) 980-6580 or email admin@r1pfitness.com immediately after placing your order if you need a change or cancellation. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
For damaged merchandise or a missing package, email admin@r1pfitness.com within 14 days of your purchase date. Include your order number, a description of the issue and photos of any damage. Please allow up to 30 days after you contact us for our team to investigate and work toward a resolution, including working with the carrier when needed.
Guest checkout is available, so you do not need to create an account to place an order. Customer account creation is currently unavailable. For help with an existing account, contact admin@r1pfitness.com.
We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, through Stripe. Available payment options are shown at checkout.
We accept unworn, unwashed returns within 14 days of delivery. See the Refund Policy linked in the footer for full details and eligibility.
Choose pickup at checkout and collect your order free at R1pFitness Gym, 94-111 Leokane St, 150A, Waipahu, HI 96797. Orders are usually ready within 1 business day. Bring your order number and a photo ID. We'll email you when it's ready. We hold pickup orders for 14 days. Pickup hours: Mon–Fri 5:00 AM – 9:00 PM; Sat 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM; Sun 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
Standard Shipping is $10 anywhere in the US, free on orders of $150 or more after discounts. International Shipping to other countries: $25. Pickup at R1pFitness Gym is free.
Check the chart label and units first. Body measurements describe the person; garment measurements describe the finished item. A flat chest or waist width is measured across a garment and is not the same as a measurement around your body. Only compare measurements taken using the same method.
Follow the care label attached to your garment. Product-specific washing and drying instructions take priority over general advice. If the label is missing or unclear, email admin@r1pfitness.com with the product name before washing.
Read the product description for the details available for that style. Materials and fit can differ between products. If you need a fabric composition, fabric weight or garment measurement that is not listed, email admin@r1pfitness.com with the product name or link before ordering.
