When will my order arrive?
It depends on where it's going and the shipping option you chose: our Shipping Policy has current delivery times. You'll get an email with tracking when it ships, and Where's my order? above shows it any time.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel, call +1 (808) 980-6580 or email admin@r1pfitness.com immediately after placing your order. We can't guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
My merchandise is damaged or my package is missing. What should I do?
For damaged merchandise or a missing package, email admin@r1pfitness.com within 14 days of your purchase date. Include your order number, a description of the issue and photos of any damage. Please allow up to 30 days after you contact us for our team to investigate and work toward a resolution, including working with the carrier when needed.
