Terms and Conditions

1. Store information and eligibility

This store is operated by R1P Fitness. You may use the store only for lawful purposes and only if you can enter into a binding agreement where you live. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for activity performed using your device or credentials.

2. Products and availability

Products, sizes, colors, and quantities are subject to availability. We try to present product descriptions, measurements, colors, and images accurately, but displays and production runs can vary. Limited releases may sell out and exchanges for the same item or size may not be available.

We may limit quantities or discontinue a product. If an unavailable item was paid for, we will cancel the affected item and provide the appropriate refund.

3. Prices, taxes, and payment

Store prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are calculated or displayed during checkout. Payment is processed by the payment method and provider shown at checkout. An authorization, receipt, or order acknowledgment does not by itself guarantee acceptance or fulfillment.

If a material pricing or product-information error occurs, we may contact you for instructions or cancel the affected order and refund the amount collected.

4. Order acceptance and cancellation

We may decline, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including unavailable stock, suspected fraud, payment failure, shipping restrictions, or a material listing error. If we cancel after collecting payment, we will refund the cancelled amount to the original payment method as appropriate.

5. Shipping and delivery

Available destinations, charges, and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, weather, address issues, customs, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

6. Returns, exchanges, and refunds

Eligibility, timing, condition requirements, and the request process are stated in our Returns and Refunds Policy. That policy forms part of these terms. Your non-waivable rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the site to:

• break the law, infringe another person's rights, or submit deceptive information;
• interfere with security, availability, checkout, inventory, or another customer;
• introduce malicious code or attempt unauthorized access;
• scrape, copy, resell, or exploit site content or services in violation of law; or
• use automated purchasing methods to bypass product or quantity limits.

We may restrict access reasonably necessary to protect customers, the store, or others.

8. Intellectual property

The site's branding, original content, graphics, photographs, designs, and software are owned by or licensed to R1P FITNESS and are protected by applicable law. You may use the site for personal, noncommercial shopping. No other license is granted, and third-party names or marks remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Reviews and other submissions

If you submit a review or other content, it must be truthful, relevant, and lawful. You grant us a nonexclusive license to display and use that submission in connection with the store and its promotion, subject to our Privacy Policy. We may moderate or remove content that violates these terms, but are not required to publish every submission.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every error will be corrected immediately. To the extent permitted by law, R1P FITNESS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products.

These limitations do not exclude liability or consumer remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the State of Hawaii, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. Before starting a formal claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the concern.

12. Changes, severability, and contact

We may update these terms for future use of the store. The date above identifies the current version, and any additional notice will be provided when required by law. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
