Free standard shipping is automatically applied to eligible orders totaling $150 or more before tax. Orders under that threshold ship for $10.

Checkout currently accepts shipping addresses in United States. This list is managed in Business Truth so the policy stays aligned with checkout configuration.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships. Use the carrier link in that message for the latest delivery status.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at admin@r1pfitness.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
