Shipping Policy
The prices and delivery times below are the ones checkout uses for the destinations we currently ship to. Tracking details are emailed when your order ships.

Free standard shipping is applied automatically to US orders of $150 or more after discounts, before tax. Delivery times count business days from the day your order ships. USPS doesn't deliver on Sundays or federal holidays.
Processing Time
We ship Monday to Friday, except USPS holidays.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Hawaii time on a ship day go out the next ship day. Orders placed after the cutoff, or on a day we don't ship, take one ship day longer.
Pickup at the Gym
Choose pickup at checkout to collect your order free at R1pFitness Gym, 94-111 Leokane St, 150A, Waipahu, HI 96797. Orders are usually ready within 1 business day, and we hold them for 14 days.
Bring your order number and a photo ID. We'll email you when it's ready.

Shipping Coverage
Checkout currently accepts shipping addresses in United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Japan. This list is managed in Business Truth so the policy stays aligned with checkout configuration.
Orders Outside the US
International Shipping is $25 per order. It isn't waived by order size or by free-shipping codes, which are for US orders.
Import duties, taxes and customs fees are set by your country and collected by the carrier or customs on delivery. They aren't included in our prices.
We charge in US dollars, so your bank may add a currency conversion fee.
Add a phone number for the courier, and write your address in English letters so we can print the label.
Customs checks can add days to the delivery times above.
One parcel at this rate can weigh up to 4 lb. For a bigger order, place it as two smaller ones or contact us and we'll arrange shipping.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships. Use the carrier link in that message for the latest delivery status.
Lost or Damaged Packages
For damaged merchandise or a missing package, email admin@r1pfitness.com within 14 days of your purchase date. Include your order number, a description of the issue and photos of any damage. Please allow up to 30 days after you contact us for our team to investigate and work toward a resolution, including working with the carrier when needed.
