When Will My Order Ship?
All orders placed Monday - Friday before 12pm PST ship within 24 hours. All orders placed after the cut off time will ship the following business day. For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
Note: Orders placed during weekends, special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow 1-2 extra days for order processing.
DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?
Most likely, yes! We ship almost everywhere in the world. To find out if we ship to your country, place an item in your cart and select "Begin Checkout." In the "Shipping address" section, select the "Country" drop-down menu. If your country is included in that list, then you can go ahead and place an order. If your country is not included, then unfortunately, we do not ship to you. In this case, we would suggest having a friend from another country order for you and forward the shipment to you.
HOW DOES INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING WORK?
We use DHL Express for all international shipments. Average total transit time is 1-7 business days. However, delays can occur in transit or due to holds at your local customs office, so it may take longer for an order to be delivered.
Duties and taxes will be assessed and collected at checkout with our Premium Plus shipping option.
Please ensure to provide a shipping address that DHL Express is capable of delivering to. We will not be liable if DHL is unable to make delivery to the shipping address provided
WHY WAS MY ORDER SHIPPED IN MULTIPLE PACKAGES?
Some countries impose a value limit on international shipments. If your order is above the limit for your country, your order may be shipped as multiple shipments with separate tracking numbers. Contact your local customs office for more information on the value limits for your country.
EXPRESS CUT-OFF TIME
All orders with 2nd Day and Next Day Air shipping must be placed by 12 pm PST for same-day shipping. Orders with 2nd Day and Next Day Air shipping placed after 12 pm PST will be shipped the following business day. We cannot guarantee expedited delivery to rural domestic addresses.
Do you ship to po boxes or apo/fpo addresses?
For security reasons, we do not currently ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses in the United States.
How do I know that my order has been shipped?
When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.
Do you offer signature-required shipment delivery options?
Yes. R1pfitnes is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. To ensure the safety of large orders, we automatically require a signature upon delivery for all orders over $500.
Do you offer gift wrapping or boxes?
Sorry not at this time.
TRACKING AN ORDER
To check your order status:
- Log in to your r1pfitness account.
- Under your Account Dashboard, you will find all your recent orders.
- Click the "View Order" link to the right of the order you wish to track.
- You can view order details and track your order by clicking the "Track Your Order" link.
