Return Policy

Online Purchase

Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

Products must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached.

We only offer refunds. Exchanges are not part of our returns policy. In order to make the returns process as efficient as possible, we only offer refunds.  Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one.

In-Person Purchase

Anything purchased at an event can only be returned, we do not currently offer exchanges. 

Simply get in touch with us here and provide the following details: 

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Delivery address
  • Photograph or scanned copy of your receipt - The cashier will have provided the receipt at the event 

We will then use the information to create your returns label so you can return the R1P Fitness product free of charge. 

Once we've received the return at the warehouse, we'll send you your store credit for the full value of the item.

Wait time on Returns

Wait time can usually take up to 21 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays) to be delivered and processed.

If your return is marked as delivered, sit tight, our returns team will be in touch by email once the return has been processed to confirm your refund.
