Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing R1P Fitness. We want to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return and exchange policy below:

Online Purchase Returns and Exchanges

  • Return Window: Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition of Returned Items: Products must be unworn, unwashed, and have all tags still attached.

  • Refunds and Exchanges:

    • We offer exchanges only for online purchases.
    • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us here to initiate the exchange process.
    • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, a gift card will be issued instead.

  • Sale Items: All sale items purchased are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

  • Consolidated Returns: Orders placed separately cannot be combined for returns.

In-Person Purchase Returns (Event)

  • Return Eligibility: Only items purchased at events are eligible for return for store credit; exchanges are also available.

  • Return Process:

    • Contact us here and provide the following details:
      • Full name
      • Email address
      • Delivery address
      • Photograph or scanned copy of your event receipt
    • We will then generate a returns label for you to send back the product free of charge.

  • Refund Method: Once we receive the returned item at our warehouse, we will issue you a store credit for the full value of the item.

Dance Packages and Credits at R1P Fitness Gym

  • No Refund Policy: Dance packages or credits purchased at R1P Fitness Gym are non-refundable.

  • Credit Expiry: Dance packages and credits do not expire and can be used at any time.

Return Processing Time

Please allow up to 21 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays) for your return to be delivered and processed.

If your return has been marked as delivered, please be patient. Our returns team will contact you via email to confirm the refund or exchange once the return has been processed.
